Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce FSC solutions.
• Design and implement workflows, automations, and processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage user access and platform permissions.
• Develop training materials to support user adoption.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide data-driven insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce FSC.
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Salesforce FSC.
• Proficiency in designing workflows and automation processes.
• Experience managing user permissions and access control.
• Ability to build reports and dashboards for KPI tracking.
• Collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, and end users.
