Architect and deliver enterprise-standard Salesforce solutions, leading technical teams to implement high-quality designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architects to drive optimized solutions using Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with functional teams to determine optimal implementation paths between declarative and programmatic approaches.
• Serve as the technical authority on Salesforce platform security, integration, data migration, and solution components.
• Resolve complex technical issues escalated from junior engineering teams.
• Mentor practice members to expand internal technical capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years developing Salesforce customizations using Apex and Visualforce.
• 6+ years designing technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.
• 5+ years managing full life-cycle enterprise software projects.
• Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and OmniStudio.
• Proficiency with integration patterns and Copado.
• Experience with ANT and Eclipse IDE tools.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and implementation standards.
• Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications.
• Salesforce PD1, PD2, App Developer, and Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Insurance domain experience.
• FSC certification.
