Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Strong experience with Salesforce FSL.
• Solid Salesforce architecture knowledge.
• Experience with integrations and data models.
• Understanding of service workflows and mobile workforce needs.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications in FSL or Technical Architect.
• Experience in service or field operations domains.
