You will design and implement Salesforce FSL solutions, defining overall architecture and best practices for scalable, secure field service operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce FSL solutions.
• Define overall Salesforce architecture and establish engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and translate requirements.
• Guide developers on configuration, customization, and integration patterns.
• Ensure solution scalability, performance, and security while supporting complex troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture principles.
• Experience designing integrations and complex data models.
• Deep understanding of service workflows and mobile workforce requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications in FSL or Technical Architect.
• Experience in service or field operations domains.
