Description

You will design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Field Service architectures to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and scoping sessions to define project scope, technical requirements, and value streams.
• Design solutions for SFS scheduling optimization, including work rules, service objectives, and scheduling policies.
• Architect the full Work Order and Service Appointment lifecycle, including bulk scheduling and dispatcher Gantt configuration.
• Develop technical documentation covering security, integration plans, environment management, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with Technical Architects and data consultants to ensure alignment on integration and design requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Field Service (SFS).
• Deep understanding of SFS architecture, resource management, and inventory tracking.
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with SFS API capabilities for inbound and outbound integrations.
• Proven track record with middleware or point-to-point integration patterns.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of enterprise architectural patterns and design patterns.
• Experience managing large data volume applications and complex security models.
• Ability to create and defend solution estimates and Statements of Work (SOW).

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud certifications.
• Experience using ArchiMate.
