Description

You will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-standard Salesforce solutions, specifically focusing on Field Service Lightning environments.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and design technical solutions for large-scale customers, managing the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Create and present actionable Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Solution Designs (FSD) that align business needs with Salesforce capabilities.
  • Lead functional and technical workshops to drive architectural vision and establish program roadmaps.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders, managing expectations and negotiating solutions to complex problems.
  • Proactively identify and manage technical risk areas within the solution architecture.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in developing technology solutions.
  • Extensive experience working in field service environments with Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Admin, Developer, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Expertise in Application Architect patterns and Data Modeling.
  • Advanced knowledge of Apex Design Patterns and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with User Journey preparation and User Story reviews.
  • Proven ability to design complex UX/UI, real-time and batch integrations, and custom automation.
  • Ability to lead technical briefings and manage implementation teams.
