Description

You will develop and maintain scalable solutions within the Salesforce Field Service Lightning environment, supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Customer Community integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide adaptive maintenance and support across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning features.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and flows.
• Support Customer Community and AWS integration.
• Manage incident and problem resolution.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Expertise in Apex development, including Triggers and Async Apex.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and flow handling.
• Experience processing large data volumes in Apex.
• Advanced Salesforce Administration capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to stay current with the latest FSL release features.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
