Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the Salesforce Field Service Lightning environment, providing adaptive maintenance across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Field Service Lightning environments.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and flows.
• Manage Incident and Problem Management processes.
• Support Customer Community and AWS integration requirements.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Advanced Apex development skills, including triggers, Async Apex, and handling Governor Limits.
• Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Hands-on experience handling large data volumes in Apex.
• Familiarity with AWS integrations.
• Experience with Problem Management processes.
