You will lead the development, support, and rollout of the Field Service Lightning solution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement configuration changes, including custom objects, workflows, and approval processes.
• Provide third-tier support for Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and related vehicle hardware and software.
• Gather and document requirements to execute detailed technical specifications.
• Document system configurations and administrative processes.
• Mentor junior staff on development best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Field Service Lightning flow development.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com Service Cloud or Field Service Lightning.
• Expertise in Apex, Triggers, and SOQL.
• Experience creating Visualforce pages and performing integrations.
• Proficiency in the Salesforce Lightning experience.
• Strong analytical and testing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
