Description

Lead technical implementations and customizations for Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) projects. Manage the full software development life cycle from technical design through to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, and integration for FSL, including third-party applications and AppExchange products.
• Design solutions leveraging FSL features to meet business requirements and customer goals.
• Set development best practices for integration, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement for junior developers.
• Estimate user stories, clarify requirements, and coordinate development, data management, and application testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on FSL configuration, architecture, and development.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce FSL, including Workforce Management, Asset Service Management, and the FSL Mobile App.
• Strong development experience in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Proficiency in Lightning development using Aura and LWC.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations and web services.
• Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Trigger development.
• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools including SFDX and Git.
• Competency in Salesforce data migration tools and processes.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I credentials.
• Experience managing teams of 7-8 members in a global delivery environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Functional and technical knowledge of Service Cloud.
