Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation of Salesforce Field Service Management and Salesforce Scheduler solutions.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Configure and customize FSM capabilities, including Service Appointments, Work Orders, Service Resources, Service Territories, Operating Hours, Work Rules, and Scheduling Policies.
  • Design appointment booking processes, scheduling workflows, mobile experiences, and technician workflows.
  • Integrate Salesforce FSM with external applications, portals, CRMs, and contact center platforms using APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft.
  • Enable mobile field service capabilities, including offline functionality and technician productivity features.
  • Provide technical leadership to developers, Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and project teams.
  • Lead solution reviews, demonstrations, knowledge-transfer sessions, and client training.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to security, data privacy, accessibility, and enterprise technology standards.
  • Develop reusable assets, contribute to Salesforce best practices, and mentor team members.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Management and Salesforce Scheduler.
  • Proven experience implementing Salesforce FSM solutions for large-scale field operations.
  • Strong understanding of Service Appointments, Work Orders, Service Resources, Service Territories, and Scheduling Policies.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce mobile field service applications and technician workflows.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce FSM with external systems and portals.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead solution design and work effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant certification.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the public sector or healthcare domain.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect, Genesys, or similar contact center technologies.
  • Experience designing scheduling solutions for group events, mobile assessments, provider coordination, or comparable field operations.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and DevOps tools.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification
