Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, maintenance, and support.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Integrate Salesforce with other applications and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions.

Drive projects from initial requirements through to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Support the configuration and customization of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules to optimize CRM functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 6 to 12 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5+ years dedicated to Salesforce development.

Core Development: Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura and/or LWC).

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, CRUD operations, and SOQL.

CRM Knowledge: Deep experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and customization.
