Description

You will lead and develop fullstack solutions primarily within the Salesforce ecosystem, owning the technical delivery of complex integrations and user interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development across Salesforce, Python backend, and Angular frontend layers.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce backend services and analytics platforms.
• Design technical solutions and conduct code reviews to enforce best practices.
• Mentor team members on technical standards and development methodologies.
• Report deliverables to US stakeholders, managing time zone overlaps.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of relevant engineering experience with strong hands-on leadership.
• Expertise in Python for backend microservices API development and data handling.
• Solid proficiency with Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Experience working within Core Banking or Financial Wealth management domains.
• Proven experience leading technical efforts with US stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development and Agentforce experience.
• Understanding of modern agent desktop front end frameworks.
• Experience with Python, Angular, CSS, HTML, TypeScript, and AI/ML.
