You will lead and develop solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Agentforce experiences and backend integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute hands-on development across Salesforce, including Agentforce experience.
• Develop Python microservices APIs and manage data handling between Salesforce and analytics platforms.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce backend services and various analytics platforms.
• Design technical solutions and conduct code reviews to enforce best practices.
• Mentor team members on engineering standards and deliver executive-level progress reports.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of relevant hands-on engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Python for backend microservices development.
• Proficiency with Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Experience working within Core Banking or Wealth Management domains.
• Demonstrated experience leading development teams with US stakeholders and time zone overlaps.
• Solid understanding of modern agent desktop front-end frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree.
