Define and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for financial services, bridging business needs with technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to map as-is and future-state processes, identifying pain points and objectives.
• Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with Product Owners, architects, and tech leads.
• Propose Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions or custom alternatives, validating gaps with UX and technical teams.
• Create functional artifacts including refined Epics, user stories, and Confluence documentation for development.
• Support QA with functional scenarios, review test cases, and assist in defect triage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Functional Lead in Salesforce.
• 3+ years in the financial industry or banking domain.
• Deep understanding of banking workflows, customer/product lifecycle, and financial compliance.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and integrations with core banking systems and data lakes.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale solutions in highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence, and DevOps pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Ability to lead design authority reviews and engage effectively with executives.
