Description

You will define and validate Salesforce solutions for financial services workflows, bridging business needs with technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and interviews to gather, refine, and document business requirements and process pain points.
• Design solution architectures using Salesforce out-of-the-box features, proposing custom alternatives only when gaps exist.
• Create functional artifacts including Epics, User Stories, and Confluence documentation ready for development.
• Lead squad refinement sessions, support QA with functional scenarios, and assist in defect triage.
• Present solution options to the design authority and perform impact analysis on existing configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Lead in Salesforce.
• 3+ years of experience in the financial or banking industry.
• Deep understanding of banking workflows, customer lifecycle, and financial compliance.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Proven track record delivering solutions in highly regulated, enterprise-scale environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and tech leads.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Salesforce with core banking systems and data lakes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
