Description

You act as the primary bridge between business requirements and technical Salesforce implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable build plans and functional specification documents.
• Own the administration and primary direction of the Salesforce instance, mapping requirements to configuration or customization elements.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design end-to-end data structures, models, and system customizations.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, manage requirement/change management processes, and maintain up-to-date user documentation.
• Lead workshops to document current state processes and present project outcomes to executive teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a functional or analytical role.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud or Health Cloud.
• Ability to perform fit-gap analysis against core Salesforce capabilities.
• Proven track record of creating data models and end-to-end designs for business problems.
• Strong capability in drafting design documentation and functional specifications.
• Experience managing requirements through the full software development lifecycle.
• Ability to drive clarity from ambiguous requirements through stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Participation in Agile ceremonies including sprint kickoffs, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
