Description

You will act as the functional expert for large-scale Salesforce implementations, bridging the gap between client business requirements and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to capture complex business processes and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce features to meet specific client needs and maximize platform investment.
• Translate conceptual business requirements into clear user stories and manage the product backlog.
• Lead product demonstrations and assist clients through the testing phase.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to executive stakeholders without using jargon.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce functional consultancy or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Sales, Service, Community, or Marketing Clouds.
• Proven track record delivering projects for large end-user environments with several hundred users.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Community Cloud Consultant.
• Experience working within Agile project delivery frameworks.
• Ability to work alongside developers, change management consultants, and testers.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with 3rd party delivery partners or AppExchange vendors such as MuleSoft or Apttus.
