You bridge business requirements and Salesforce technical implementation, configuring Sales and Service Cloud to meet enterprise needs.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document functional requirements, business processes, and technical specifications.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
• Design business process flows, feature documentation, and scope recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural vision and delivery standards.
• Research and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 4-9 years of experience in Salesforce functional or technical roles.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and Agile project environments.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into Salesforce capabilities.
• Experience with business process flow design and requirement documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of additional Salesforce clouds.
• Experience in people coordination and project methodology.
