Description

You will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Design and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions including product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval processes.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution design documents.
• Support UAT planning, test case preparation, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ product configuration.
• Proficiency in designing pricing rules, quote lifecycles, and approval workflows.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process diagrams.
• Knowledge of SIT, UAT, and release management processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or Business Analyst).
• Experience with large enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Knowledge of integration concepts and APIs.
