Description

Own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, bridging business needs with technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define business requirements from clients and end users to shape solution design.
• Document use cases, develop user stories, and create to-be process flows for Salesforce solutions.
• Configure user stories within Salesforce or AppExchange products, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
• Collaborate with developers to test and verify solutions against business requirements.
• Facilitate client meetings including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience using Salesforce or similar CRM products.
• Holds at least one Salesforce Certification; multiple certifications preferred.
• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud implementation projects.
