Description

Analyze customer landscapes and develop custom Salesforce solutions, bridging functional requirements with technical implementation across the platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer landscapes to recommend solutions and prepare BRDs and functional design documentation.
• Develop custom platform solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth, and Single Sign-On.
• Execute complex data migrations, develop deployment strategies, and migrate Classic features to Lightning experience.
• Manage JIRA dashboards to track progress and support requirement analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and functional consulting.
• Strong expertise in SFDC Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura components, and LWC.
• Experience with Salesforce Communities, Knowledge, and Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth, and SSO integrations.
• Proven ability in requirement analysis and functional design.
• Experience with JIRA dashboard creation.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Automotive or Manufacturing domains.
• Experience with Lightning and Classic Service consoles.
