ETM Implementation: End-to-end implementation of Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management (ETM), including modelling hierarchies, setting up territory rules, managing account assignments, and user assignments.
Translating complex sales territory, quota, and sales planning requirements into technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Stakeholder Management: Facilitating workshops to define territory boundaries, sales roles, and data security models across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Data & Automation: Using Flow, Validation Rules, and Data Loader to configure and automate territory structures and data migration. Varicent Integration (Optional but Preferred): Knowledge of connecting
ETM with Varicent to ensure territory changes are synchronized with quota and compensation plans.
Delivering UAT, training, and documentation to support the transition to new territory models.
5+ years as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, ideally in a consultancy/partner environment.
Proven experience leading Enterprise Territory Management projects.
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud best practices and sales operations.
