Description

You will lead functional design and delivery within the Salesforce ecosystem, translating business requirements into functional solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce designs.
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to define scope and objectives.
• Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Support release management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience on the Salesforce Platform.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Service).
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Data Model.
• Proficiency with Agile processes and Jira.
• Experience documenting functional specifications and user stories.
• Experience supporting UAT and Regression Testing cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
