Description

You will ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications through rigorous testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to define testing scope.
• Design and execute test cases for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom components.
• Perform functional regression and integration testing across Salesforce modules.
• Validate workflows, approval processes, data integrity, and security configurations.
• Document defects, track resolutions, and support User Acceptance Testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in functional testing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Lightning Experience in functional testing and QA methodologies.
• Proficiency in Functional Testing.
• Experience with UAT processes.
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration objects, fields, and validation rules.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
