You will lead the functional design, configuration, and delivery of Salesforce B2B solutions.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary subject matter expert for Salesforce B2B capabilities including Sales Cloud, B2B Commerce, Partner Communities, and Experience Cloud.
Lead requirements gathering, business process mapping, and solution design discussions, translating business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
Configure Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, and B2B Commerce features according to best practices.
Collaborate with developers on Apex, APIs, and data migrations, and lead functional testing cycles.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing training and documentation.
Required Skills
5–10 years of Salesforce functional experience, with a minimum of 3+ years focused on Salesforce B2B (B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
Strong understanding of the Quote, Order, and Invoice lifecycle.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum environment methodologies.
Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and test cases.
Ability to work effectively with architects, developers, QA, and business teams.
Knowledge of Apex, Integration, APIs, Lightning Components, and Data Migrations.
