Description

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions focused on core platform configuration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Sales, Service, and Loyalty Management solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Lead on-platform configuration and implementation for core Salesforce platform projects.
• Create technical documentation including application ecosystem, data model, and entity relationship diagrams.
• Analyze business processes to identify optimization opportunities and propose Salesforce-based improvements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on platform customization, development, and data migration practices.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce professional.
• 2+ years of experience implementing multiple Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions.
• At least one active certification: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Developer.
• Experience implementing custom Sales/Service Cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in creating current state/future state and flowchart diagrams.
• Ability to assess Salesforce solutions for compliance with security standards and regional regulations.
• Experience using the Atlassian suite or comparable tools for backlog management and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Previous experience implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions.
