Description

You will validate Salesforce Administrator processes within Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments. You own the manual testing lifecycle for functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Test Salesforce.com objects including Lead, Campaign, Account, and Contacts.
• Verify data modelling, data engagement, and Lightning Experience functionality.
• Validate reports, dashboards, and data security configurations.
• Execute manual testing to ensure functional requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce functional testing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administrator processes.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud products.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com objects (Lead, Campaign, Account, Contacts).
• Experience with Lightning Experience and data modelling.
• Ability to test Reports and Dashboards.
• Understanding of Data Security protocols.
• Proficiency in SQL.
