Description

You perform manual testing across Salesforce functionalities, including Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system, integration, and acceptance testing for Salesforce applications.
• Document test cases, defects, and test reports effectively.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and ensure seamless functionality.
• Validate end-to-end workflows across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Proficiency in system testing and integration testing.
• Experience with acceptance testing (UAT).
• Hands-on testing experience with Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds.
• Strong ability to document defects and test cases clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing tools for Salesforce.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
