Description

You will build and maintain secure solutions on the Salesforce GovCloud platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and data models.
• Apply secure-by-design patterns and enforce data handling boundaries aligned with GovCloud controls.
• Package and promote changes through sandboxes using DevOps Center with Git-based workflows and CI/CD.
• Optimize application performance, conduct code reviews, and resolve defects across releases.
• Collaborate with admins, security, and release teams to meet compliance and audit requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years experience on the Salesforce Platform, including Apex, LWC, SOQL, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata and deployment models.
• Experience developing within GovCloud (Plus/Defense) or similar regulated environments.
• Proficiency with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with secure connectivity patterns like Express Connect or private connectivity.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
• Ability to satisfy agency-specific background/clearance requirements when applicable.

Preferred Skills

• MuleSoft and Data Cloud experience.
