Description

Build and maintain secure Salesforce solutions in GovCloud environments, owning the full development lifecycle from design to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and data models.
• Build integrations using APIs and MuleSoft aligned with GovCloud controls.
• Manage package promotion through sandboxes using DevOps Center with Git-based CI/CD.
• Optimize performance, conduct code reviews, and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with security and release teams to meet FedRAMP and DoD compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years on the Salesforce Platform: Apex, LWC, SOQL, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of metadata and deployment models.
• Experience building in GovCloud (Plus/Defense) or similarly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with secure connectivity patterns (e.g., Express Connect) and GovCloud AppExchange compatibility.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
• U.S. work authorization with ability to satisfy agency background/clearance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• MuleSoft, Data Cloud, or Service/Sales Cloud certifications.
