Description

You will design and implement scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for healthcare organizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Health Cloud environments, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, and automation via workflows and process builders.
• Architect integrations between Health Cloud and external systems (EHR, billing, telehealth), managing data mapping and transformation.
• Define data models, workflows, and security architectures aligned with HIPAA compliance and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and IT teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Optimize user experience and healthcare processes by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing technical enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce OOB Security and OOPs concepts.
• Proficiency in managing governor limits and writing unit test classes.
• Experience designing data models and complex integrations.
• Ability to architect solutions within healthcare compliance frameworks like HIPAA.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud.
