Description

You will develop and customize Salesforce solutions within Health Cloud and Service Cloud environments. You own the technical execution of user interfaces, custom logic, and integrations while mentoring team members in Agile workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build user-friendly interfaces using Lightning Web Components and Salesforce UI frameworks.
• Develop custom logic using Apex triggers, Batch processes, and DataRaptors.
• Integrate Salesforce with telephony systems using CTI and Service Cloud Voice.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor team members within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through analytical troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
• Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.
• Experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Knowledge Base, Workflow Rules, and Communities.
• Proficiency with Developer Console, Workbench, and GitHub.
• Experience with environment setup, DevOps strategies, and governance.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Advanced Developer certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
