Description

You will develop and maintain healthcare-focused solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Salesforce solutions using Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Implement declarative development solutions using Process Builder, Workflows, and Lightning App Builder.
• Develop custom logic and interfaces using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Manage Salesforce security configurations, including sharing rules and user management.
• Integrate systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce declarative development.
• 4+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Vlocity.
• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Portals).
• Strong understanding of HIPAA requirements and healthcare industry regulations.
• Experience working within agile software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and security configurations.
• Background in Sales and Quotes within a healthcare environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of health insurance, plan administration, and legislative impacts on health plans.
