Description

You will lead Salesforce implementations by bridging business requirements with technical architecture.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution architecture and analysis using deep Salesforce Financial Services Cloud knowledge.
• Own the delivery of architecture designs and overall solution strategy.
• Gather, transform, and communicate business requirements to offshore development teams.
• Conduct quality management reviews to ensure design requirements are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer executives and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of CRM industry experience.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and APIs.
• Proven track record of at least one successful end-to-end implementation.
• Experience with digital lending streamlining and experience enhancement.
• Ability to design and optimize business processes and integrations across disparate systems.
• Expertise in nCino, Q2 Cloud Lending, and Hawthorne River.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including application design, integration, and development.
• Experience with Agile development and Scrum practices.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Admin experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certification.
• Implementation experience for the financial arm of an auto manufacturer.
