Description

Lead large-scale CRM and ERP implementation projects from inception to completion, with a preference for Salesforce environments. Own the delivery of outcomes aligned with project goals and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycles for CRM and ERP systems.
• Navigate diverse stakeholders to align desired outcomes with specific project objectives.
• Report on project health using dashboards, scorecards, and heatmaps.
• Perform risk analysis to maintain project stability and meet strict timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Mandatory PMP certification.
• Proven experience with CRM implementation.
• Proven experience with ERP implementation.
• Expertise in dashboard-based project health reporting.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations against project objectives.
• Experience using metrics, scorecards, and heatmaps for risk analysis.
