Description

Lead large-scale CRM and ERP implementation projects from inception to completion, with a preference for Salesforce environments.

Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycles. Navigate diverse stakeholders to align desired outcomes with specific project objectives. Report on project health using dashboards, scorecards, and heatmaps. Perform risk analysis to maintain project stability and meet strict timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Mandatory PMP certification.

• Expertise in dashboard-based project health reporting.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations against project objectives.
• Experience using metrics, scorecards, and heatmaps for risk analysis.
