Description

You will lead long-term Salesforce implementation projects involving multiple modules and phases. You own the release pipeline, client communications, and technical delivery for Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans and oversee the end-to-end implementation of Sales Cloud.
• Guide the implementation team through technical delivery and resolve blockers.
• Develop sprint plans and facilitate regular sprint sessions in an Agile environment.
• Lead client discussions, manage stakeholder expectations, and address progress issues.
• Provide weekly status reports to the client and delivery management teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Implementation Project Manager.
• Proven track record as a PM on at least 5 Salesforce projects.
• Direct experience managing at least 5 Service Cloud projects.
• Experience managing at least 1 Experience Cloud project.
• Experience leading customer discussions and navigating complex client relationships.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management processes.
• Experience working in a consulting environment.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Certification and Salesforce Certifications.
• Experience implementing SF chatbot, SF knowledge, or SF knowledge AI.
