Description

Lead the architecture and technical delivery of large and medium-scale Salesforce implementation projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define system landscapes and identify gaps between current and desired end-states to deliver complete CRM solutions.
• Own the technical build, perform design reviews, and mitigate technical risks early in the project lifecycle.
• Drive application data migration, integration, and reporting processes.
• Manage technical teams and enforce best design, configuration, and coding practices.
• Strategize, plan, and execute application releases based on business priorities.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience architecting Salesforce implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning for at least 3 years.
• Deep expertise in Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, and declarative configuration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce SFDC, Force JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CRM development.
• Proven experience with system and data integration architecture and debugging integrated applications.
• Experience implementing new Salesforce instances from scratch and managing regional rollouts.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
• One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Sales/Service Cloud).

Preferred Skills

• Certified System Architect, Certified Application Architect, or Certified Technical Architect.
