Description

You design and implement scalable, multi-cloud technical solutions on the Salesforce Platform to meet end-to-end integration requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through the full lifecycle of SFDC implementations, from inception to roll-out.
• Design sound technical solutions by performing gap analysis between SFDC capabilities and client requirements.
• Write comprehensive functional specifications and technical design documents.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce exit criteria across all development phases.
• Resolve enterprise IT architecture issues and interface with technical SMEs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems integration and complex system design.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development using Apex and Visualforce.
• Ability to extend the Lightning Platform using both declarative and programmatic methods.
• Experience with RDBMS and/or NoSQL databases, including understanding their trade-offs.
• Familiarity with data streaming technologies like Kafka.
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the IBM technology stack, including APIc API Platform, IIB Orchestration layer, or eXtreme scale.
• Experience working within an Agile team environment.
