Description

Lead architecture and technical delivery for large-scale Salesforce implementations. Define system landscapes, bridge gaps between current and desired states, and own the technical build process. Execute application releases while driving best practices in platform development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external business systems.
• Perform design reviews and mitigate technical risks at early project stages.
• Manage technical teams and prioritize deliveries to align with business priorities.
• Drive best practices in platform development, configuration, and coding.
• Execute application releases and oversee technical delivery of CRM solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience architecting Salesforce implementation projects.
• Extensive experience with Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning (3+ years).
• Proficiency in Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, and declarative solution building.
• Strong programming skills in Salesforce SFDC, Force, JavaScript, HTML, and XML.
• Expertise in application data migration, integration, and reporting.
• Deep understanding of system and data integration architecture and debugging.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Current Salesforce certification (Administrator, Developer, or Sales/Service Cloud).

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified System Architect, Application Architect, or Technical Architect.
