Description

Lead the development and support of the Salesforce CRM platform and its middleware integrations. Own the system lifecycle from design through testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective Salesforce and middleware integration solutions based on business requirements.
• Monitor system integrations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Execute large-scale projects while adhering to strict timeline and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers to facilitate knowledge sharing and technical growth.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and middleware integrations.
• Expertise in middleware technologies: MuleSoft, Jitterbit, and Dell Boomi.
• Hands-on experience with web services, REST API, and SOAP API.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and API services.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II or Integration Architecture Designer.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
