Description

You will serve as the techno-functional Salesforce implementation advocate for the Planning Division, managing the lifecycle of configuration requirements and workflow delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead project requirements gathering sessions with the Planning Division and Planning Manager to capture configuration needs for change orders.
• Guide the implementation journey by managing and documenting the delivery and testing of workflow functionality.
• Troubleshoot issues arising during configuration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
• Coordinate with vendor partner development teams to deliver configuration requirements through to completion.
• Analyze Planning Division operations to optimize application workflows and process tracking.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Salesforce integrations and implementations.
• Advanced Salesforce Workflow skills, including custom design and field repurposing.
• Background in Business Systems Analysis.
• Experience implementing Land Management Systems (LMS), specifically Clariti or Tyler Munis.
• Strong understanding of the Planning Process Life Cycle Management.
• Ability to understand programming and coding within permit systems like Clariti.
• 3 years of professional experience.
