 Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce development and implementation across the project lifecycle
Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC and Salesforce platform capabilities
Implement and configure Agentforce Sales solutions
Work extensively with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Design and implement integrations with external applications and systems
Provide technical leadership, solution design and code-review guidance
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Ensure security, development and deployment best practices
Troubleshoot complex technical issues
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers and technical teams
 

Preferred
Experience leading Salesforce development teams
Strong knowledge of APIs, web services and integration patterns
Salesforce deployment and release management
Salesforce security, data model and governor limits
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
 

Important
Hands-on Agentforce Sales implementation experience + Agentforce Certification are mandatory
