Lead technical solutions and development within the Salesforce ecosystem to optimize sales and service operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Develop custom components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage third-party integrations and API development workflows.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Advanced proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex programming.
• Hands-on experience with API development, including REST and SOAP.
• Proven ability to manage Salesforce API integrations.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
