Description

You will design and implement complex technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You translate client requirements into functional architectures and lead API integration design.

Responsibilities

• Design complex solutions using Salesforce and AppExchange products.
• Execute solution design including data modeling, mapping, and business logic definitions.
• Lead API and integration design to connect Salesforce with external systems.
• Consult with clients on platform best practices and identify leverage opportunities.
• Support sales efforts through scoping, estimation, and technical discovery.

Required Skills

• Previous experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Associate Architect.
• Expertise in solution design and flow design.
• Proven experience in API and integrations design.
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and upcoming technology offerings.
• Ability to define business rules and complex data models.
• Experience driving scoping and estimation exercises for new projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to create business requirements documentation, process flow diagrams, and use case definitions.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and teaching consultants in implementation best practices.
