Description

Lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process reviews to design and architect technical solutions.
• Perform hands-on development and manage the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate delivery between onshore and offshore teams.
• Support user training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment.
• Integrate third-party systems with Salesforce using web services.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience implementing Salesforce projects.
• 10+ years of experience in full lifecycle enterprise software implementation.
• Proficiency in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Scheduled, Tests, and Email Services).
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, Flow, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on integration experience using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Experience configuring DocuSign and Conga Composer.
• Experience configuring Avaya Computer Telephony Integration.
