Description

You will own the technical architecture and delivery of complex Salesforce implementations, from requirements analysis to production deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust Force.com solutions, including custom code, integrations, and AppExchange products.
• Lead solution architecture for cloud-based technologies, ensuring compliance with development standards and security requirements.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including environment planning, data migration, and testing strategies.
• Collaborate with client executives to translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate solutions clearly.
• Guide development teams, conduct architecture reviews, and drive technical decision-making for multiple concurrent initiatives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT and consulting experience, with 8+ years focused on Salesforce implementations.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce.com architecture, APIs, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Lightning, Amazon Web Services, Heroku, and mobile development technologies.
• Proficiency in integration/ETL technologies, including Informatica and RESTful webservices.
• Strong background in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and structured SDLC.
• Platform Developer 1 and Platform Developer 2 certifications required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• 1–2 Salesforce Designer Certifications and experience with Financial Services Cloud, Vlocity, or Cloudsense.
• Domain experience in banking, insurance, telecom, or public services.
• Experience with Ncino and commercial certification or higher.
