Description

Lead custom development and technical design on the Salesforce platform as a Technical Lead for a small team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-5 individuals in Salesforce technical delivery.
• Design and develop custom solutions on Force.com, including declarative customization and Web Lightning Components.
• Implement enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions spanning multiple business areas.
• Manage end-to-end implementation, covering technical design, documentation, configuration, maintenance, and administration.
• Execute Salesforce platform integrations within the client environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Force.com platform customization.
• Proficiency with Web Lightning Components.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration and declarative customization.
• Experience with technical design, documentation, and platform administration.
• Proven ability to handle Salesforce integrations.
• Experience managing small technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
