Description

Lead custom development and end-to-end implementation on the Salesforce.com platform.

Lead a technical team of 2-5 individuals. Architect Salesforce solutions spanning multiple business areas across the enterprise. Design and develop custom solutions using declarative customization and Web Lightning Components. Manage the full lifecycle including technical design, development, documentation, configuration, maintenance, and administration. Execute platform integrations to support enterprise-wide requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team of 2-5 individuals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development.
• Hands-on experience with the Force.com platform.
• Proficiency in Web Lightning Components.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Proven ability to manage platform integrations.
• Experience with technical design and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
